Good to know

FAQ

Everything you might want to know before you visit.

Do you really serve craft beer at 7am?
Yes. Pour Decisions Craft is one of the only places in the Bay Area where you can get genuinely good craft beer first thing in the morning, no dive bar or casino required. Coffee and matcha are flowing from open, and the taps are ready whenever you are.
What is Vietnamese phin coffee?
It's coffee brewed one cup at a time through a small metal filter called a phin, which produces a rich, bold, slow-dripped cup. Our signature Traditional Viet Coffee pairs it with condensed milk; the Black Vietnamese Coffee is served straight and strong.
Is Pour Decisions family- and kid-friendly?
Absolutely. Weekends look like kids with lemonades, a parent with a coffee, and a friend with a beer, all at the same table. Our caffeine-free lemonades and refreshers are made for all ages.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, well-behaved, leashed pups are welcome on the patio. We're a family- and pet-friendly spot.
Do you cater coffee, matcha, and beer?
We do, for parties of all sizes, from a small team standup to large campus events with thousands of drinks. We've catered for neighbors and for teams at Google, TikTok, and Facebook. Email hello@pourdecisionscraft.com to plan yours.
How do I order ahead or earn rewards?
Order online through our storefront for fast pickup, usually ready in about five minutes. Mobile ordering also lets you earn rewards on every pour.
Do you have non-coffee and non-alcoholic options?
Plenty. Beyond coffee we pour ceremonial-grade matcha, Thai tea, jasmine tea, house-made horchata, and caffeine-free fruit lemonades, something for everyone.
What craft beer do you have on tap?
A rotating wall of California's best, hoppy IPAs, rich stouts, lagers, ciders, and seltzers from breweries like Russian River, BarrelHouse, and Laughing Monk. The lineup changes often and varies by location; check the live list on Untappd.
Where are your locations?
We have three Bay Area shops, all open daily from 7am: San Jose (5700 Village Oaks Dr, Ste 20), Fremont (3530 Beacon Ave), and Mountain View (1040 Grant Rd, Ste 300). A fourth location is coming soon to the Houston Heights in Houston, Texas (555 W 19th St, Ste 100A).
Is it a good place to work remotely?
Yes, our shops are bright and welcoming, a popular spot for remote work by day that eases into a relaxed pour after.
